Residential Park Residents
For residents on parks that are participating in our Residential Park electricity and billing:
To view and pay your electricity bills online and so that you can benefit from our other services, you will need to obtain a username and password. This information will either be on the hardcopy of your electricity invoice, if you have already received one from the Park Owner, or you can request your details at www.theparkpartnership.co.uk/login-register.aspx
Please now login using the details provided and select Edit Details and check that your contact details are correct. If you do not have an email address recorded, then please input your email address as without this you will be unable to view your electricity bill online and participate in other resident offers.
If you have a residential home for sale, rent or for a holiday, you can advertise on our Homes & Holidays section for free. Please use the following to help you advertise your home. Customers respond more positively to homes that have an accompanying image so please upload a digital image (image file size maximum 100kb). If your image file size is above this, you can crop it using Windows Photo Gallery or any other image editing software you may have. Image editing software is available on the Internet as a free download. Please exercise the usual caution when downloading software from unknown sources.

Loyalty Scheme
Allocation of Points
Points will be allocated one point for every pound spent on TPP website including electricity bills paid online and insurance purchased from Towergate Baker via the link on our website. Loyalty points will only be allocated after TPP receives a commission for the insurance payment. In order to receive loyalty points, ensure you use the link on our website. Please note existing customers of Towergate Baker will not earn loyalty points for insurance purchased after using our link. Any other links on our website will not accrue loyalty scheme points. Special allocation deals will occasionally apply, e.g. wireless broadband, where additional points may be earned.
A £100 prize will be given annually to the top 20 point collectors.
Loyalty Scheme Member
A loyalty scheme member is any Park home resident living on a park participating in the Electricity Billing System scheme, who has accrued points by purchasing goods or services from TPP website or nominated partners.
Loyalty Fund
We will put 10% of all profits from TPP website, including all affiliate links, into the scheme by calendar year. The first redemption of points will take place on 30th September 2012 and thereafter annually on 30th September. No value will be attached to these points prior to 30th September each year. On the redemption date the loyalty fund will be split between the total points earned and payment made to loyalty scheme members by deduction against online electricity payment. Points are not transferable and any points accrued where the resident leaves their park home before 30th September 2012 and thereafter 30th September each year will be discounted. Should you leave after 30th September you must email details of your new address to enquiries@theparkpartnership.co.uk. TPP is under no obligation to trace residents who have left. Any points remaining unclaimed after 3 months after allocation will be cancelled. The value of your points will normally be converted and credited on your next electricity bill but at the latest 31st December each year.
Homes & Holidays - Tips for listing your residential home
- The ‘Short Title’ is the main header for your advert. If you are letting, use it to state your prices. If you are selling, use it to specify your type of park home.
