Product display
We have made every effort to display the products featured as accurately as possible. However, the colours we use, as well as the display and colour capabilities of your particular computer monitor, may greatly affect the colours you actually see on the screen. We cannot be held responsible for any limitations of your monitor and cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour, texture, or detail of merchandise will be accurate / the same as the actual product.
Product availability
We endeavour to keep our website and products available as up to date as policy however due to circumstances beyond our control some items can be discontinued or placed on order by our suppliers at short notice. If you do not wish to wait for stock to become available then you are of course entitled to a refund of money for the unavailable goods.
We reserve the right not to accept any order request if:
1. We do not have the stock
2. We are no longer able to purchase the stock
3. The delivery address for the order is not in the designated areas
4. The goods were at the wrong price or had an incorrect description
Product Pricing
In the rare event of a product price discrepancy, the purchase price of the product on our website prevails over the price that may appear on the delivery or product packaging. You will always be charged the price that is displayed on the checkout page. If the price is reduced after you purchased the item at full price, we cannot refund the difference.
Contract to Purchase Goods
By completing a purchase through our online-store you are entering a legally binding contract and you may be liable for full payment of the goods if you then decide you no longer want the goods. The title to the goods on any invoice is not legally transferred until complete payment has been made to The Park Partnership.
Technology
In accordance with the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1967 (as amended), we are obliged to inform the TV Licensing Authority of your full details (or delivery address if different) when you purchase any TV receiving equipment, e.g. TVs, DVD recorders, digital boxes or PCs (including laptops) with a TV card. It is your duty to make sure the receiving household or business already has adequate licensing, or if not, to sign up for such with the TV Licensing Authority.
Age-restricted products
By law we cannot sell knives, products containing alcohol and products containing tobacco to persons under the age of 18. Proof of ID maybe requested when ordering either of these products. We will not deliver alcohol/knives/tobacco to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18, as applicable. By law we cannot sell the following products to anyone under the age of 16: Chocolate liquors, Christmas crackers/cracker snaps, party poppers, table torpedoes and we will not deliver these products to anyone who is or appears to be, under the age of 16. DVDs cannot be sold to anyone under the age certificate specified on the DVD title. Electricity Billing System usernames and passwords are not usable in our Online-Store. All users of the Online-Store will be required to register in order to utilise the functionality within the store and purchase goods. If you use the website, it is your responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of your account and password and that no unauthorised persons have access to them. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should let us know immediately if you believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
